The Klock Werks Flare Windshields are protected under various patents, including United States Patents: D632235S, D586274S, D586275S, D633017S, D626046S, D633018S, and also under International Patents: 324093, 324094, 325192. These windshields are wind tunnel designed and tested, providing added downforce through the hips, while the flip at the tip directs air over the rider to help eliminate the swirl of air found in front of the rider on standard windshields.
The use of Lexan Polycarbonate with FMR hard coating enables the creation of these custom-molded designs with unmatched durability. All the windshields are pre-drilled for easy mounting using stock windshield hardware, and they are made in the U.S.A.
It is important to note that the black version of the Klock Werks Flare Windshields may not be suitable for shorter riders, as it is an opaque material. The windshields are available in a variety of colors, including Tinted, Marketing Color: Dark Smoke, and Primary Color: Tinted.
The overall dimensions of the windshields are 11.5 inches in height, providing riders with enhanced wind protection and aerodynamic performance.
